The webinar discussed The problem of protein complex prediction maybe just one of the plethora of computational problems that have opened up since the deluge of proteomics (protein-protein interaction; PPI) data. This webinar to take an overview into the algorithms of prediction protein complexes using the information (topological, functional, temporal, structural, and evolutionary) on static and dynamic protein interaction network and explore the methods used to evaluate the predicted protein complexes.
