The Minister emphasized the Ministry\u2019s commitment, along with its academic institutions, to strengthening partnerships with Russian universities and advancing academic and cultural exchange programs\u2014particularly through the \u201cStudy in Iraq\u201d initiative, which serves as a strategic gateway for attracting international students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For his part, the Russian Ambassador expressed his country\u2019s interest in expanding academic collaboration and praised the Ministry’s efforts in institutional development. He also welcomed the \u201cStudy in Iraq\u201d program and affirmed his country\u2019s readiness to coordinate on the admission of Russian students to Iraqi universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
