The College of Computer Science and Information Technology held a training workshop on self-development for teachers and staff on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Al-Khwarizmi Hall for the second day. The workshop was presented by Dr. Hani Jaber Mohsen Al-Masoudi from the College of Humanities Education and Assistant Lecturer Ru’a Abdul Jawad Luftah, the head of the Women’s Unit at the College.

The workshop covered several topics, the most important of which were time management, its nature, management, how to maintain it, and working to eliminate time wasters, as well as working on setting meaningful goals and priorities that benefit the individual.

The presenters discussed several examples and conducted activities to understand how employees manage their time to achieve the best performance results at work.

Participants emphasized the importance of prioritizing time, especially to achieve high productivity.
