The Council of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Prof.dr. Muwaffaq Kadhom Al-Hassnawi, with the attendance of the assistant deans and heads of academic departments, will discuss several academic and administrative matters listed on the agenda.
At the beginning of the session, the Council reviewed the latest developments related to the progress of the educational process, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the approved study plans and enhancing the quality of education in line with established academic standards.
The Council also discussed the college’s preparations for the upcoming examinations, directing the provision of an appropriate environment for students and ensuring the availability of all necessary requirements to facilitate a smooth examination process. It further stressed the importance of compliance with ministerial instructions and examination regulations.
In addition, the Council addressed several key topics, including the development of academic curricula, support for scientific and research activities, and encouragement of participation in conferences and academic workshops, all aimed at advancing the college’s academic standing.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Council issued a set of decisions and recommendations intended to enhance both the academic and administrative performance of the college, reaffirming its commitment to providing a distinguished educational environment that serves students and keeps pace with modern developments in computer science and information technology.
