Karbala University President Sabah Wajid Ali conducted an inspection tour to check the progress of some infrastructure projects inside and outside the university.

During his tour, the university president reviewed the projects of the back gate of the university and the bridge leading to it, directing to expedite the completion of the two projects to reduce traffic congestion at the university’s gates.

He also reviewed the issue of the stoppage of the electric crossing ladder facing the university and directed to carry out the necessary immediate maintenance in order to protect the lives of students and professors.

The Chairman of the Higher Education Committee of the Provincial Council, Dr Mohsen Al-Kanani, stressed that the committee continues to support and support the implementation of projects that serve the university environment, pointing out at the same time that the council is ready to provide assistance to serve the educational process and raise the level of the university at the local and international levels.
