Iraqi and Iranian universities signed 100 memorandums of understanding to develop scientific cooperation as part of the Science Week currently taking place in Karbala. The MoUs included promoting scientific exchange in various scientific and technological disciplines, organising joint training programmes for students and teachers, exchanging academic expertise in scientific research, developing cooperation in the fields of modern technology and innovation, focusing on its practical applications that contribute to the development of economic and scientific sectors and establishing scientific and technical parks in Iraqi universities.
