College of Computer Science and Information Technology Holds a Training Workshop Entitled “Photography and the Art of the Camera”

The Student Activities Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Karbala, organized a training workshop entitled “Photography and the Art of the Camera” in cooperation with the Photographic Creativity Center at the Holy Abbasid Shrine. This workshop was held as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to develop artistic and creative skills.

The workshop included a lecture delivered by Mr. Samer Khalil Ibrahim, in which he discussed the fundamentals of photographic art and the importance of the camera in documenting events and university activities. He also explained the most prominent modern techniques used in photography, in addition to addressing methods for selecting appropriate angles and lighting to capture professional-quality images.

The workshop was attended by a number of students and interested participants who actively engaged with its topics and discussions, emphasizing the importance of such activities in refining talents and developing artistic abilities.

At the conclusion of the workshop, certificates of appreciation were presented to the lecturers by the officials of the Student Activities Division, in recognition of their efforts and effective contribution to the success of the workshop.
