The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr Muwaffaq Kazim Al-Hasnawi, met on Sunday 12/1/2025 with the heads of the scientific departments, Dr Muhannad Kamel Abdul Hamid and Dr Maha Sabri Al-Tamimi, to discuss issues related to the scientific departments. He urged them to exert more efforts and praised them for what they have provided as well as their full keenness to raise the levels of students to instill in them the hope of success and excellence.

The heads of departments stressed their keenness to do more to promote the college and make it one of the first colleges of the university because of its solid scientific status. At the end of the meeting, the Dean stated that this college keeps pace with the development in the world from the digitisation of science, so he was very keen to promote the college and make it one of the first colleges of the university to keep pace with the labour market.
