The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the top students from the colleges and institutes of the Middle Technical University, as well as outstanding students from the postgraduate programs.
In his speech during the central graduation ceremony of the university’s 11th cohort, titled “Graduation and Creativity,” Dr. Al-Aboudi affirmed that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research remains committed to continuously supporting and enhancing the skills and capabilities of graduates. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a sustainable relationship between students and their educational institutions—one that continues to foster growth, connection, and professional development even after graduation.
Dr. Al-Aboudi also reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to upholding responsibility, overcoming challenges, supporting academic staff, and providing modern infrastructure that enables Iraq’s higher education institutions to fulfill their national mission with efficiency and excellence.
The ceremony included speeches delivered by Dr. Waddah Amer Al-Tamimi, President of the Middle Technical University, and by representatives of the graduating students. The program also featured the handover of the graduates’ message to representatives of the upcoming cohort, followed by the degree conferral ceremony.
The event concluded with the honoring of the top graduates from colleges, institutes, and postgraduate studies by Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, who expressed his confidence in the graduates’ ability to uphold responsibility and embody their scientific and academic mission in service of society.
