The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of the administrative order for the directives of those who hold doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees who were appointed under Ministerial Orders 1978, 1981 and 1982 on 2024/8/12 and invites them to review the formations indicated in light of the administrative order and the list of names published on the Ministry’s official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq).
