The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application platform for opening study files for employees studying outside Iraq in accordance with Law 20 of 2020 (study during employment or assignment at private expense). The application starts from today, Thursday, 5/12/2024, by filling in the employee’s data through the platform link (https://portal.scrd-gate.gov.iq).
