The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Mufaq Kazem Al-Hasnawi, visited an art exhibition in support of Palestinian women on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The exhibition was organized by the Women Empowerment Division at the University of Karbala and held at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.

The exhibition featured paintings depicting the courage of Palestinian women and their resilience in the face of challenging circumstances, particularly due to Israeli airstrikes in Gaza. During the visit, Dr. Al-Hasnawi examined the artistic and handcrafted works presented by the participants in the exhibition.

He emphasized the importance of creating such works that support the Palestinian cause, considering it as the issue of the entire Islamic nation. These artistic endeavors serve to convey the academic voice to the world, expressing solidarity and support for Palestine through various means and methods.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Al-Hasnawi praised the exceptional efforts presented in the exhibition, wishing them continued creativity in service to our esteemed university.
