The College of Pure Sciences Education at the University of Karbala held an online meeting with the Faculty of Basic Sciences at Lorestan University in Iran to enhance scientific cooperation between the two sides.

Attending the meeting from the College of Pure Sciences Education at the University of Karbala were the Scientific Assistant to the Dean, Dr. Ghassan Adnan Qahtan, and heads of scientific departments.

The Dean of the Faculty of Basic Sciences at Lorestan University, Dr. Amir Ghazanfari, presented an overview of the scientific departments within the faculty, as well as the academic titles and faculty members, in preparation for joint collaboration between the two colleges.

Scientific cooperation between the two universities is expected to include joint supervision, activating the issue of visiting professors, as well as conducting joint research and holding scientific conferences.
