The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, issued a ministerial order to appoint two thousand seven hundred and forty-nine first graduates and holders of diploma and higher diploma certificates to the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, based on the decisions and legislation in force.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those whose names are published to visit the counselling centres in universities to complete the appointment procedures, bringing with them the four identification documents (original copy) + (2) coloured copies + (4) personal photos and proof of obtaining the certificate (coloured document or graduation endorsement with the barcode of the validity of the document or graduation endorsement) (2) Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, 2024/9/17 at 9:00 am for ten working days from the date of publishing the appointment order on the official website of the Ministry (www.mohesr.gov.iq).
