Measuring quality of internet service from the end-user perspective

The department of information technology held a webinar entitled ( Measuring quality of internet service from the end-user perspective) presented by lecturer Ahmed Saleh Ghafeel, a lecturer in the department of information technology at the University of Kerbala. The webinar discussed the measurement of quality of experience and methods of measurement. It also highlighted the concept of quality of experience (QoE) by giving multi-definitions of this term based on historical sequence and its correlation with the concept of quality of service (QoS). The most important definition of QoE was discussed, which is the degree of end-user satisfaction and acceptability for a specific application or certain service as there are wide areas that used this concept and aren’t limited to the field of communication and computer applications. At the end of the discussion, the most important research and sources that related to this topic were presented.
