Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, received an academic delegation from Sharif University of Technology in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The delegation included the university president, his academic deputy, the director of the Science Park, and a number of specialists in the fields of science and technology.

During the meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of scientific cooperation, particularly regarding the establishment of a Science and Technology Park at the University of Baghdad, expressing his full support for the project. He noted that it would play a key role in enhancing the research ecosystem and marketing scientific innovations.

The meeting also included discussions on the proposed timeline for the project’s implementation and the significance of having the University of Baghdad host this important initiative, which is expected to advance the environment for scientific innovation.
