The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for the Direct Admission Channel for the academic year 2025–2026.
The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up clarified that the deadline for applications and required examinations is 25 September 2025 for the specializations eligible for direct admission in colleges. This applies to graduates of secondary school in the scientific (biological and applied), literary, arts, vocational, and Islamic branches.
The eligible colleges and departments under the direct admission channel include:
- Colleges and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences
- Colleges and Departments of Archaeology
- Colleges of Fine Arts and Departments of Art Education
- Departments of Kurdish and Turkish Languages
- Department of Kindergarten
- Department of Family Education and Technical Professions in Colleges of Basic Education
- Colleges of Islamic Sciences and Jurisprudence
- Department of Home Economics in universities
- College of Applied Arts / Middle Technical University
Applicants to Colleges and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences are required to download the application form and complete the medical examination before proceeding to the university for testing.
