The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, organized an awareness seminar on communicable diseases.
The seminar, held by the Department of Media and Government Communication in coordination with the Public Health Department, highlighted the risks associated with communicable diseases — particularly hemorrhagic fevers — their impact on public health, the contributing factors to their spread, modes of transmission, associated symptoms, as well as preventive measures, early therapeutic interventions, and the importance of community awareness.
The seminar emphasized the need to strengthen coordination between educational and health institutions and to adopt educational programs that contribute to promoting sustainable health awareness.
