The workshop featured lectures and detailed presentations delivered by Dr. Israa Abdul-Hussein, Assistant Lecturer Badour Alaa, Assistant Lecturer Mortaja Salah, and Assistant Lecturer Ali Mohammed. They provided comprehensive explanations of the systems’ functionalities and oversaw the hands-on applications conducted during the sessions.

The workshop was targeted at administrative, registration, and accounting staff across the university’s colleges, as well as members of the technical support committee for the two systems, with the goal of improving work efficiency and developing the technical capabilities of university personnel.

Dr. Hamed Kattan, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department, confirmed that the HR system has already been launched and that data for all university staff has been uploaded. He also noted that work is underway to upload student data into the SIS system to facilitate the digital management of university operations.
