The College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a training course on self-development for faculty members and staff on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in Al-Khwarizmi Hall. The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Rawaa Abdul Jawad Luftah, the head of the Women’s Unit at the college.

The course covered several topics, including initiative and how to develop it, working as a cohesive team, time management to preserve it, eliminating time-wasting activities, and creating a purposeful plan and priorities that benefit the individual.

The lecturer discussed various examples and conducted activities to understand how employees manage their time to achieve the best performance at work through initiative.

Participants emphasized the importance of initiative and creating positive opportunities for work development.
