The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of six (6) scholarship fellowships offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), allocated to Iraq for the academic year 2025–2026.

The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations clarifies that these scholarships are designated for Master’s and Doctoral degrees. The deadline for application submission is May 31, 2025.
