Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, President of the University of Karbala, conducted an inspection visit to the ongoing female dormitory building project to review the progress and monitor the implementation timeline.
During the tour, the University President received a detailed briefing from the supervising engineering team, who reported that the work is progressing according to the scheduled timeline, with significant advancement achieved in infrastructure and essential facilities.
The President emphasized the senior administration’s commitment to providing a safe and suitable residential environment for female students. He stressed the importance of adhering to quality standards and timely execution without compromising the approved technical specifications.
He further noted that the female dormitory project constitutes a key pillar in the university’s plans to develop its infrastructure and expand its capacity, in alignment with the continuous growth in student enrollment.
It is worth mentioning that the new building includes fully equipped rooms, reading halls, service and recreational areas, in addition to an integrated security system to ensure the safety of the residents.
